Ruashi 600,000 Ton Mineral Processing Renovation And Expansion Project

The Ruashi project is located in the eastern suburb of Lubumbashi City, the capital city of Katanga Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo, 10km from Lubumbashi City and 3.5km from LubumbashiLuano airport.

The project is a part of Ruashi Mining Company's metallurgical transformation, the project is mainly composed of three parts: 

1. Expansion of crushing system; 

2. Expansion of semi-autogenous grinding system; 

3. Expansion and renovation of sorting system.

Crushing system is composed of buffer ore bin, heavy plate feeder, jaw crusher jaw breaking system, system processing capacity up to 2000t/d.

As for this project, we supplied 304 stainless steel gratings as platform.
